Another example of cookie sign adventures not going according to plan…would be the Florida State Sign. When we crossed into Florida, it was down pouring rain due to a hurricane, so there was no way we were stopping, OBVIOUSLY.
Regardless of not being able to stop for the sign, I was able to capture it at CookieCon Orlando, which was the whole reason for being in Florida anyway! So I captured pictures of the sign in front of the CookieCon photo backdrops and it made for a cute photo op. Being in Orlando was very special to me because I was there to be a Core Instructor and a Vendor at the show — two firsts for me!
My Core Class was all about royal icing transfers and our vendor booth was a showstopper — it looked SO good and came together wonderfully. We loved showcasing our “CookieVille” design as a merchandise display shelf for our cookie cutters and puzzle sets. So when I look back on these pictures, I fondly remember all the things we were able to accomplish during this trip!
