What to Expect: This playful set of cookies welcomes you back to school! As your cookie teacher, I will guide you step-by-step through essential decorating techniques, with a special focus on introductory airbrushing and stenciling—making it approachable and achievable, even if you’ve never used these tools before.

Techniques we will cover:

• Outline and Flooding: Perfect the basics of outlining and flooding to bring your cookies to life.

• Icing Transfers: Practice decorating your cookies with pre-made transfers that will be provided, plus any additional transfers you create in class.

• Icing-by-Section: Learn techniques for creating dimension and separation between sections of icing.

• Lettering with an airbrush and edible markers: Learn how to utilize a stencil to add lettering onto your cookies with an airbrush and edible markers.
