What to Expect: Get into the festive, merry spirit while celebrating Mik’s birthday! In this special holiday-meets-birthday class, Mik will guide you step-by-step through creating a whimsical, retro-inspired Sugar & Spice cookie set featuring a vintage sign, heart cookie, and showstopping tiered birthday cake.

The cake is a puzzle cookie design, made from two individual cookies that are decorated separately and stacked together to create one elaborate tiered cake.

Techniques we will cover:

• Puzzle Cookie Assembly: Learn how to decorate and combine multiple cookies to create one larger, cohesive design.

• Vintage Piping Details: Practice shells, swags, borders, dots, and other delicate piping techniques inspired by vintage cakes.

• Layering & Dimension: Practice adding decorative details with premade royal icing transfers and sprinkles.

• Lettering & Fine Details: Add whimsical lettering and festive finishing touches to complete the set.
