I will guide you step-by-step through essential decorating techniques, with a special focus on introductory lettering using a projector—making it approachable and achievable, even if you’ve never piped letters before.

• Icing Transfers: Practice decorating your cookies with pre-made transfers that will be provided, plus any additional transfer you create in class.

• Icing-by-Section: Learn techniques for creating dimension and separation between sections of icing.

• Lettering with a Projector: Learn how to trace and pipe consistent lettering onto your cookies using a projector—perfect for beginners who want clean results.
